As the Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development solutions that support the organisation’s strategic, operational, and talent objectives. The role ensures full compliance with legislative requirements and adherence to iZi Group minimum standards across the entire learning and development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Alignment
    • Translate organizational objectives into a cohesive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy that supports long-term growth and digital transformation.
    • Work with senior leadership to perform regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and address critical skill gaps at all levels.
  • Program Management
    • Design or source comprehensive learning programs, including technical training, leadership development, and soft skills.
    • Deploy a mix of delivery methods, such as e-learning, virtual workshops, coaching, and on-the-job shadowing.
    • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging digital learning materials.
  • Operations & Technology
    • Oversee the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking progress, managing content, and troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Manage the L&D budget, negotiate contracts with external providers, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Manage the daily activities of the L&D team, including the Administrator and Content Developer.
  • Talent and Leadership
    • Identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans.
    • Develop leadership frameworks and programs.
    • Facilitate internal coaching programs.
  • Compliance and Evaluation
    • Develop frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and track Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Ensure compliance with PSIRA, SASSETA, SAPS, and ISO standards across all training activities.
    • Manage training records and maintain an effective administrative system for internal and external audits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualifications
    • Relevant Human Resources/Training degree or diploma or equivalent.
    • Accredited facilitator, assessor, and moderator.
  • Experience
    • Relevant experience (5 to 8 years as a guideline) in a senior learning and development role.
    • Knowledge of curriculum and learning program design, facilitation, evaluation, and moderation.
    • Knowledge of PSIRA training regulations and requirements.

Job Description

The ATM Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the effective management and operation of automated teller machines within the designated region. This role ensures the availability, reliability and security of ATM services to meet customer needs and organisational standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of ATMs to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted service.
