Key Performance Areas:-
- Verbal interpretations during hearings.
- Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant certificate NQF 5 (Communication/Languages)
- One (1) to three (3) years relevant working experience as an Interpreter
- At least three South African languages (Oral/Read/Write)
Languages: English, Afrikaans, Setswana, IsiXhosa and Khoisan as an added advantage.

Purpose
Provide secretariat and administrative support services for the CCMA management and governance structures.
Key Performance Areas:-

Key Requirements
- Diploma: Business/Public Administration / CIS / LLB (or relevant equivalent).

- Institute of Directors (IOD) (optional).
- 3 – 5 years’ practical experience in the field of Corporate Governance and Secretariat Services and/or similar position

Serving on various national committees as directed by the National Senior Commissioner: Dispute Resolution/Director to assist with policy development and implementation.
