Lead – Revenue Growth

Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role is designed to provide high-level support to the Revenue Growth Manager by transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring airtight pricing governance, and managing the critical reporting cycles that keep the business informed. You aren’t just tracking numbers; you are identifying the initiatives that will drive our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain HQ tracking reports and presentations to ensure leadership has a clear view of growth trajectories.
  • Own the daily reporting cycle, publishing financials to the wider business to drive transparency and performance.
  • Lead RRP (Recommended Retail Price) tracking and analytics to identify market gaps.
  • Proactively create and propose initiatives designed to boost revenue based on data trends.
  • Monitor and track customer performance, providing support and insights to optimize account health.
  • Assist in the drafting, formalizing, and tracking of trade agreements to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Maintain and enforce pricing governance procedures to mitigate risk and ensure market consistency.
  • Provide versatile, “right-hand” support to the Revenue Growth Manager on ad-hoc projects and strategic priorities as they arise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • A University Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Data Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (you should be a “wizard” with pivot tables and data visualization). Prior experience with SAP is required.
  • High level of agility—ready to pivot as priorities shift.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a “clean data” mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-analytical stakeholders.

Millwright

Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Trade Tested Millwright Artisan with proven experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment and supporting operations. (Refrigeration, FMCG, Plastics, Metal pressing, paint process)
  • Have Matric with Mathematics, Physical Sciences or N3 in the relevant electro-mechanical technical field,
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with machinery and equipment.
  • PLC, automated and robotic systems/ equipment experience is beneficial.
  • Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings and use for troubleshooting.
  • Have a good grasp and well able to work on and troubleshoot electrical power transmission and machine control systems, single phase, 3 phase systems and DC systems.
  • Have good mechanical aptitude and experience of operations and maintenance of machinery in automated processes.
  • Able to troubleshoot control systems, setup and replace ac motor drives.
  • Working experience on operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and geared drive systems.
  • Be hands-on and able to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and able to use own initiative, excellent temperament, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Work shifts on weekly rotational basis to cover 24 hours per day.
  • Have good communication skills
  • Required to have your own full set of mechanical and electrical tools and electrical test meters.

REPORTING

  • Maintenance Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report of all work and activities to the Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Complete daily job cards and reports timeously.
  • Responsible for effective operation of all machinery and equipment at the factory.
  • Responsible to complete jobs timeously under minimal supervision.
  • Repair breakdowns on mechanical and electrical equipment to reduce production stoppage time.
  • Work on and troubleshoot electrical power transmission systems, single phase, 3 phase systems, and DC motors and systems.
  • Perform planned and preventative maintenance work.
  • Create a working list of spare parts and other requirements and make requisitions from the maintenance superintendent.
  • Daily handovers and feedback recording in logbooks.
  • Perform all TPM related activities as delegated and required.
  • Ensure safety compliance, compliance to company policies and related instructions.
  • Safe operation and use of lifting equipment, cranes and forklifts.

Maintenance Shift Leader

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead maintenance team members on shift to ensure smooth operations.
  • Allocate work assignments and ensure completion of planned maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and shift reports.
  • Oversee and execute preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
  • Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted following safety protocols.
  • Conduct shift inspections to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Drive initiatives to improve machine efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance technical skills.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Communicate shift handovers effectively to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Required to work shifts.

REPORTING

  • Plant Engineer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
