At the end of the Internship Programme, the intern will be provided with a hands-on exposure to real-world digital solutions, data, development and architecture practices while contributing meaningfully to technology enablement across the organisation.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science / BTech Degree in the following;
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Computer/Information Technology
- Data Science

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Participate in the design, development, and optimisation of software applications.
- Participate in system analysis and contribute to the design of software architecture.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions.
- Support creation of automation scripts or low-code solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or equivalent tools.
- Perform basic data transformation, quality checks, and validation tasks.
Maintanance and Support
• Diagnose and resolve defects under supervision.
• Assist in enhancing existing software applications.
• Monitor technical performance of internal systems.
Collaboration and Learning
• Attend and contribute to development and requirements meetings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Continuously learn and improve coding skills by reviewing codebase and seeking mentorship.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall team productivity and software quality.
