• Procure goods or services in accordance with procurement policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Verifies that goods and services delivered are within specifications and according to the requirements.
• Ensure invoices and acceptance certificates for payment are signed off for services rendered and approved for payment by FM Co-Coordinator
3. Effective Maintenance Project Delivery
• Assist the Project manager with maintenance, rectification and remedial work.
• Coordinate maintenance projects to ensure delivery of results anticipated within time,
functionality and budgetary requirements.
• Resolve issues and solve problems related to maintenance delivery issues to preserve a positive image of the NTP.
