Feature Analyst

The Senior Feature Analyst leads the analysis and design of complex, industry-aligned solutions by translating business needs into detailed functional specifications. Operating at a self-directed level, the role fosters strong cross-functional relationships and collaborates closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Designers, and business stakeholders to drive product outcomes and ensure end-to-end alignment. Job Description

Requirements Management | PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT | PROJECT/PROGRAM/PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the project level.

Analysis of “As Is” and “To Be” | INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/DIGITAL | BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

Document the most complex “as is” and “to be” processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the “to be” capability, to accurately record the changes required

Business Requirements Identification | INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/DIGITAL | BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

Enterprise Business Analysis | PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT | PROJECT/PROGRAM/PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. Lead the improvement efforts that are within span of control at this level.

Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.

Promote a culture of innovation by creating solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.

Review the backlog of work for a medium-sized project and reprioritize the work and the deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business.

Act as the practice lead to define and develop the standard of excellent practice, in line with national frameworks, standards, and legislation. Includes bringing best practice from research and latest legislative changes.

Senior Data Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Data Engineer will lead the development and optimization of our data infrastructure, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our data architecture. They will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovative data initiatives. This position requires extensive experience in data engineering, a deep understanding of advanced data technologies, and the ability to provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance data architectures.

  • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of data engineers.

Lead Business Analyst

Job Description

Leads the translation of business and finance requirements into high-quality functional solutions, with a focus on the HFM application stack. Ensures alignment between finance, IT, and data processes to deliver accurate, controlled, and scalable financial reporting and consolidation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirements & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements across finance and IT stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to define clear, testable requirements
  • Ensure full traceability from requirements through to delivery and testing
  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology teams
  1. HFM Functional & Process Expertise
  • Drive analysis and solution design across the HFM lifecycle including:

  • Strong experience with Oracle HFM / Hyperion stack and finance consolidation processes
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, group consolidation, and finance controls
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
