Location: Hammarsdale
Role Purpose:
- To facilitate and Maintain the TIMS System.
Key Responsibilities:
TIMS:
- Facilitates administration of Total Integrated Management Systems (TIMS).
- Document control of all TIMS documents
- Preparation of reports & presentations required as per TIMS
- Maintains administration of the TIMS’ records, documentation, files and manuals to ensure Food Safety and Quality management, and continuous improvement and realization of commercial benefit and improvement of customer complaints.
- Capture and manage Non-Conformances, Corrective Action Requests, Internal Audit Findings, Change Control, System software, data management and integrity.
- Auditing of daily check sheets, records documentation and reports.
- Assist by data collection of complaints.
- Assist with Mock Recall and Traceability
Internal & External Audits:
- Assisting with documentation, records and files during both internal and external audits
- Perform operational audits/inspections in relation to Food Safety and Quality managemen.
- Participates in Store visits and audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric with Maths
- National Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Environmental Health or Equivalent or Btech in Food Technology or a technical field.
Required Experience:
- 1- 2-year relevant experience in FMCG SHERQ working environment
- Minimum of 1– 2 years’ experience is required in a similar capacity within an FMCG environment
- Must have Working Knowledge of Meat Safety Act and Poultry Regulations.
- Any other relevant Food Safety legislation.
