Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze and oversee the consolidation of all Group management reporting while adhering to governance standards.
Implement and maintain a group cost management framework for improved control of group costs.
Integrate new businesses into group management reporting structures, ensuring alignment with the group’s diversification strategy.
Ensure a robust financial consolidation and reporting system is in place for group consolidation, including oversight of change requests.
Align Group’s management reporting to industry and peer standards and practices.
Monitor risk within the Department and across the Finance Department to ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and legal requirements.
Develop finance presentation slides for interim and year-end reporting and group performance slides for budget and forecast reporting.
Review reports, performance metrics, and presentations, providing recommendations to measure the performance and operational metrics of company operations.
