who will facilitate bringing in new business through cold calling selling of Icebolethu products. The incumbent should possess but no limited to the following.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas

· Promote and sell funeral assurance policies to new and existing clients.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

· Handle client queries and resolve complaints within the agreed service levels.

· Execute customer retention strategies to maintain and grow client base.

· Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper administrative processes.

· Proactively call clients to restructure, retain, or resell existing policies.

· Ensure compliance with FAIS and FSCA regulations.

· Meet and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

· Matric/ Grade 12

· A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous

· Experience in the funeral assurance, insurance, or financial service sector is preferred

· Background in client engagement and compliant handling will be beneficial

· Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

· Financial Service Experience (advantageous)

The successful incumbents will be responsible for providing day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions for payment authorisation, administrative and general operations support, filing, report preparation and query – handling services within the Group Finance Department.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Receive, review, and verify invoices.
• Sort, code and match invoices and capture for payment in accordance with approvals framework.
• Ensure payment terms are strictly adhered to.
• Prepare payment requests and pay run schedules for approval.
• Reconcile creditor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Forward remittance advice to suppliers.

Skilled Handyman X2

Description

We are seeking a highly technical and reliable Skilled Handyman (Electrical) to be based in KZN. In this role, you will be responsible for the preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring that infrastructure, electrical systems, building services, equipment, and assets remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform fault finding on single and three-phase electrical systems; install, repair, and maintain wiring, circuits, DB boards, and lighting systems in compliance with SANS regulations.
  • Specialized Facility Support: Maintain critical infrastructure across diverse divisions, including Mortuaries (refrigeration, cold rooms, generators), FSP Branches (banking offices, air-conditioning), and Fleet/Warehouse operations.
  • General Building Maintenance: Carry out essential repairs relating to plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, ceiling repairs, drywall, and minor welding.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management, coordination, and maintenance of all company-owned and leased facilities within your allocated region, ensuring that all buildings, infrastructure, and facility services remain safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational to support business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Manage day-to-day regional operations; execute preventative and reactive maintenance schedules across Mortuaries, FSP Branches, Fleet, and Warehouse facilities to minimize operational downtime.
