Duties and Responsibilities
Execution of Maintenance – Conduct and assist with Mechanical/Electrical work which supports maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and installations of electrical equipment as per planned and un-planned workorders. Perform planned and un-planned maintenance activities in a timeous and cost effective manner to the correct standard. Provide feedback to the Technician/Electrician/Foreman on the execution of work for Continuous Improvement and for the enhancement of future planning. Maintain housekeeping standards.
Operational Control – Ensure that Operational Best Practices (OBP) is adhered to. Complete intangible and tangible time booking accurately. Complete daily checklists for tools and areas of responsibility.
Communication and Reporting – Participate meaningfully in the departmental INVOCOMs. Achieve engineering Key Performance Indicators. Provide input into interdepartmental INVOCOMs. Report factors, incidents and accidents that pose a business risk. Adhere to SHE, legal, QMS), statutory and regulatory structures and frameworks and promote a culture of compliance.
Governance and Risk Management – Adhere to SHE, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. Minimise environmental non-conformances. Comply with disciplinary rules, regulations and procedures.
Inventory Management – Minimise working material inventory. Contractor Management – Interact professionally with external service providers and contractors as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Production control – Ensure Operator Logs are accurately completed by operators and mobile equipment. Stock management – Conduct end of shift assessment of raw material and work-in-progress Assist with variance investigations and stock adjustments as required.
