The Transformation Lead identifies and delivers strategic transformation initiatives across the Africa Zone, focused on finance centralisation, AI-led value delivery, process re-engineering, and S/4HANA execution. The role ensures measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, control, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centralisation programme development and execution (ATR, OTC, PTP, MDM)
- AI & automation use case delivery with measurable outcomes
- End-to-end process re-engineering and standardisation (L1–L4)
- Lead S/4HANA Explore Phase (fit-gap, blueprint, To-Be design)
- Project and transition management across finance initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and change management across Africa Zone

Experience & Requirements:

The Key Purpose of this role is to provide proactive and commercially focused legal support to the South African business across a broad range of legal, regulatory and governance matters. The role is responsible for advising on commercial transactions, marketing and advertising activities, product innovation and regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, procurement, treasury and operational matters, while partnering closely with cross-functional business teams to manage legal risk and enable business growth. The role also supports strategic transactions, corporate structuring initiatives and competition law matters through issue identification, risk assessment and coordination with specialist external counsel where required.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders within South Africa and across the Africa Zone.
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, distribution, services, sponsorship, marketing, licensing and vendor agreements.
- Support the business on corporate and commercial legal matters, including general advisory work, risk management and business initiatives.
- Advise the Marketing and Innovation teams on product launches, advertising campaigns, promotions and consumer-facing activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Provide legal guidance on product regulatory requirements, including product classification, labelling, packaging and market entry requirements.

The Key Purpose of this role is to be accountable for evaluating, developing, implementing, and enhancing internal control processes and procedures within the organization. They assess existing systems, identify weaknesses or risks, propose improvements, and work closely with various departments to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Risk Mitigation and Compliance
- Leveraging data, identify risks and develop recommendations to mitigate identified risks by proposing and implementing effective internal control measures and procedures.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of internal control processes, policies, and procedures.

Advisory and Consultation
- Develop and conduct training programs for operations to increase awareness and understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and the combined assurance approach.
- Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure compliance with Control Frameworks, Delegation of Authority, and Policies .
- Serve as an internal advisor to management and departments on matters related to internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on best practices and industry standards to enhance internal control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with GRM and external auditors to optimise improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or similar are beneficial.
- Previous experience in internal controls, auditing, risk management, or compliance (typically 3+ years) is preferred.
- Previous experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOx).
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using software and tools (SAP, PowerBi, SQL) for data analysis and documentation.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

PAYROLL CONTROLLER

The Key Purpose of this role is to manage the payroll administration process, ensuring that the payroll governance framework is adhered to by all stakeholders. Responsible for MICS checks as well as ensuring payroll input is captured accurately and on time by the payroll administrators. Ensure the payroll administrators adhere to the SLA requirements and that payroll administrators action all day-to-day payroll activities, such as Payroll input, Payroll recons, Payroll processes, payroll reports, payroll queries and payroll audits.

- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, ensuring strict compliance with established payroll governance frameworks.
- Delegate payroll input capture tasks to payroll administrators, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and deadlines.
- Monitor, verify, and distribute all payroll inputs to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Review and authorize daily and monthly payroll inputs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Prepare and approve monthly audit and variance reports, maintaining thorough documentation for transparency.
- Compile separation lists and facilitate their approval process in a timely manner.

- Review and approve the integrity of dummy payroll runs, confirming completeness and accuracy prior to finalization.
- Ensure payroll administrators consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all payroll-related tasks.
- Monitor payroll administrator accuracy, maintaining records and delivering feedback to team leads.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly to uphold payroll accuracy and satisfaction.
- Enforce adherence to payroll processes and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure operational efficiency.
