Duties The successful candidate will provide the following services: facilitate and coordinate bookings for travel, accommodation or conference. Ensures timely capturing of invoice payments on LOGIS, BAS or SAGE and approving of calls on Archibus. Assist with ordering of material and equipment from suppliers; administer documentation for requisitions and reports; submit invoices for payment. Ability to work on applicable invoice tracking system. Updating of commitment registers and monthly reconciliation of accounts. Assist with provision of financial statements inputs.
