IT MANAGER FINANCIAL SERVICES TRIBUNAL (Pretoria)

Purpose of the Job:

To provide technical and managerial leadership to the ICT technical team and implementation of IT projects.  To support the existing ICT platforms, systems, and applications by analyzing and delivering the services that supports the Tribunal’s business strategy and ensure ICT governance and support processes and procedures exist and kept up to date and relevant. The person appointed to this position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be under the supervision of a dedicated FSCA personnel.  

Key Performance Areas: 

•Establish and manage the infrastructure portfolio of the organization.  
•Ensure delivery of ICT projects according to the design specification. 
•Develop internal operational ICT procedures and processes.  
•Report on ICT deliverables, status or escalations to the COO and relevant stakeholders.

Purpose of the Job:

Purpose of the Role:

Purpose of the Role:

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Investigator to conduct regulatory and forensic investigations within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will manage investigations from assessment to enforcement, gather and analyse evidence, prepare investigation reports and regulatory documentation, support enforcement actions, and provide guidance to Assistant Investigators and Forensic Analysts.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Enforcement.

•Conduct investigations in accordance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures, including evidence gathering, analysis, interviews, affidavits, and search-and-seizure operations where required.
