PPC with operations across South Africa, is offering a 24-month programme for an Human Resource Graduate at our Western Cape operations in Riebeeck West and De Hoek who will embark on a journey of transformation from graduate to high potential employees. The successful candidate must have an eagerness to learn across both operations.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (completed)
Honours in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (Advantageous)
Requirements:
Drivers licence Code B
Must reside within the Western Cape Province
Must be willing to travel between sites
Duties and Responsibilities
The GDP Learner will be exposed to a broad range of HR disciplines and will provide administrative and operational support to both PPC De Hoek and PPC Riebeeck operation.
This opportunity will provide valuable practical exposure and workplace experience to a recent graduate
