PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lesedi Nuclear Services (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary EPC group operating across five divisions — Nuclear, Oil, Gas & Power, Industrial, Renewables & Grid and Services, in South Africa and abroad. We operate in a highly technically complex environment, and we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer the financial direction of the group at this level of complexity.
The CFO will have a broad mandate to oversee all financial aspects of the company across our divisional Profit & Loss (P&L) structures, serve as principal financial advisor to the CEO, EXCO and Board on all complex financial matters, and ensure that financial strategy aligns with our long-term objectives. This is a senior executive role and a standing seat on the Executive Committee, with regular interface into the Board and its sub-committees, shareholders, and financiers.
This strategic role demands not only financial acumen but also a willingness to go to ground level within divisions to identify areas of concern, a strong problem-solving mentality, and the executive leadership and interpersonal skills to manage complex issues — both internally and with clients, shareholders and other key stakeholders — while leading, developing and retaining a finance team of competent, high-performing professionals.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead all aspects of the company’s financial functions across divisional P&Ls, including monthly financial reporting, revenue management and cost analysis

- Manage relationships with clients, investors and shareholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective resolution of complex issues
QUALIFICATION
- CA (SA) or similar professional qualification (essential)
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification (advantageous)
- Membership in good standing of a relevant professional body (e.g. SAICA)
EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years post-articles experience in the EPC environment
- Supported by at least 5 years’ demonstrable experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director or equivalent), with proven decisive leadership qualities and experience across multiple business units or P&Ls
- Demonstrated experience engaging directly with a Board, shareholders and external regulatory bodies at a senior level

Head of Safety
Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Head of Safety (Head of SHE) is the custodian of safety across the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will own the strategic mandate for Safety, Health and Environment across the business and be accountable for ensuring full compliance in every industry, jurisdiction, and regulatory environment in which Lesedi operates. This is a senior, high-visibility position: the incumbent sets the direction, standards, and tone for SHE across the organisation, and ensures it is consistently understood and applied at every division, project, and site. The role carries significant external accountability as Lesedi’s principal representative on safety matters with clients, regulators, and industry bodies, and is the escalation point for serious safety incidents with client, regulatory, or reputational consequence. The Head of Safety drives a proactive Zero Harm culture, a strong nuclear safety culture, and continuous improvement across the organisation. This position is a legal appointment in terms of Section 16(2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, read together with Construction Regulations.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

As the Finance Manager for Financial Accounting, you will be responsible for the full accounting function of our group of companies. In this role, you will focus on overarching finance operations while working alongside the Finance Manager that overseas Projects Accounting. Financial Operations Management

PURPOSE OF ROLE
As an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC and EPCm) company, we are highly tender-driven and constantly estimating costs for competitive bid submissions. The Estimator provides critical support to our proposal function by estimating engineering, supply, construction, and associated costs, performing budget estimates, and assisting with the selection of appropriate procurement strategies for subcontractors and suppliers.
This role involves complete project lifecycle engagement from tender inception to award, ensuring accurate cost modelling and estimation that drives our competitive positioning in the market. You will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimate reports through comprehensive information gathering, metrics analysis, and risk assessments.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Estimation Development
- Produce estimates and pricing schedules for tender submissions cross-referenced with ERP System (IFF), WBS and Activity Schedules
- Plan and manage estimating tasks and associated activities in compliance with company procedures
- Review commercial requirements, scope of work, site information, and study reports from Client Tender documents
- Prepare bills of material from Material Take-Off (MTO) for market pricing
