DIGITAL PRODUCTS PROJECT MANAGER

Partner on the creation and guide the implementation of data driven marketing activity for collection and activation of first party data. The Project Manager will drive cross functional and stakeholder  collaboration by guiding how data acquisition, CRM and audience activation will deliver brand campaign goals, through the implementation of predefined CX frameworks. Inspire and ensure the successful  implementation of digital marketing use cases together with data, creative, strategy, and digital platform experts.

MainPurposeorFunctionofPosition:

Form a pivotal part of the agency team focused on the intersection between digital and strategic marketing objectives. Act a crucial link between Digital Products, Data, and Media, support by forming part

of the development and implementation of the integrated communication strategy for our brands. Achieve this by guiding team members on the available data use case and identify opportunities to develop new innovative approaches

Main accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the rollout of brand campaign product journeys integrating the full product and CX journey
  • Guide how Audiences, Media Touchpoints, and Digital Platforms need to form part of overarching consumer journeys
  • Project manage the implementation of existing data use cases to support brand activity
  • Ensure Data Acquisition is integrated into long term brand plans
  • Collaborate with media partners to ensure we implement the correct principles to deliver optimal media ROI
  • Collaborate across DraftLine Pubs and Account Leads, to ensure efficient client service delivery
  • Build mutually constructive relationships across client teams to identify client opportunities and develop potential projects
  • Ensure the team take a test and learn approach to integrated consumer journeys; real time data and insight driven optimisation to improve performance of data driven marketing plans
  • Work closely with all departments; translate data into actionable insights that strive towards company KPI’s, as well as interpret and provide actionable insights to brand teams

Profile:

Qualifications/Experience

  • Matric, (Higher Certificate/Diploma) or relevant tertiary qualifications / certifications
  • 5+ years either strategy / insights analysis / research –key being the ability to interpret data and identify  trends and insights
  • Digital Strategy, measurement and planning
  • Knowledge and understanding of KPI setting and management to drive performance marketing  excellence
  • Knowledge and experience creating and optimising digital consumer journeys, to ensure engagement  across digital platforms (websites, social media, Apps and emerging technologies)
  • Understanding of research techniques and frameworks with the ability to apply them in an agile  environment
  • Clear understanding of digital product creation lifecycle (Web pages, Apps, E-Commerce, etc.)

As the Procurement & Sustainability Data and Analytics Specialist the key purpose of your role is to be responsible for scoping, development and implementation of Business Intelligence Products to the business based on business requirements for the ABInBev Africa business. This includes full stack development from data gathering, ETL Implementation, modeling and final production. This is an opportunity for you to bring in and direct some of the most transformative initiatives to our Africa markets and globally. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to drive data, analytics to achieve our dream and differentiation.

The secondary purpose is engaging with internal business customers and stakeholders on data and analytics will impact our supply chain services. You will have the opportunity to lead, manage and grow our internal teams, processes, data and technologies to empower our Procurement & Sustainability business.

Experience in IT and IT systems external and internal, specifically in Procurement & Sustainability, Logistics or Supply in a Products or Alco-Bev industry is required.

You will also be responsible for providing guidance to junior colleagues on how we can leverage data and analytics to change our business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the full data landscape.
  • Lead the data and reporting analytics for.
  • Develop, maintain and define critical reports in PowerBI
  • Train and develop teams on the effective use of data and analytics reporting and other tools (e.g. Webapps, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
  • Manage the data life cycle for all Procurement and Sustainability information
  • Lead the transformation of the Data Sources / Lake

Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
  • Relevant University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Systems, IT, Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Data & Reporting tools (PowerBI, Power Query, SQL, Azure, SAP,S4Hana, Syspro, BrewDat) is required
  • Experience in Data and Analytics, AI is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems – SAP, Syspro, SAP S/4HANA is required
  • Be proficient in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
  • Experience in writing SQL queries, developing procedures, functions, etc. within the SQL environment.
  • Previously developed business intelligence visualization products specifically PowerBI solutions.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

The Key Purpose of this role is to ensure regional payroll information is processed through the correct channels and that all employees are paid on time. To manage payroll input and payroll queries as per policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legislation and within a corporate governance framework. The role also requires a team player that would assist other members in the team when there is an overload of work.

  • Supporting Strategy director and FP&A Director Building a Top-Down budget, consolidating a Bottom-up budget from all streams, aligning both, and developing a challenging but achievable budget
  • Scenario control/comparatives with Budget evolution
  • Consolidate material supporting/advocating Budget P&L and supporting strategy to be approved by CEO and the Board
  • Support Strategy Director and FP&A Direction in providing insights into the financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Sr. Management on how to improve company performance
  • Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders: BU President, FP&A Director & Managers and ABI Zone FP&A Team
  • Manage the calendar deliverable
  • Responsible for all aspects of the planning business cycle from developing guidance/targets, analyzing financials, developing models and identifying areas of opportunity within Africa’s financial strategy
  • Translating data into business insights to step change the financial objectives, investment plans, and resource allocation
  • Engage in 3YP and Budget reviews with each of the different Business Units and Zone Functions, preparing the Zone President & VP Finance for relevant topics with BU’s and Global, and ensuring actions from the reviews are executed
