The Financial Controller plays a pivotal role to oversee the financial strategy of the business and manage all assets and resources in the most efficient manner, which promotes sound financial health of the business. The Financial Controller will be responsible to:
The Control and Reporting of both AMWSC and EABSC.
Work with the Financial Director to ensure the organization optimize their value creation on a sustained basis
Ensuring financial capability is effectively developed across Finance teams
Entrench policies and procedures
Enhance governance and control
The role will be reporting to the Finance Director
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Finance Leadership
Advice the Finance Director on short, medium and long-term investment opportunities that will benefit the business.
Offer commercial orientation and perspectives to the Finance Director to drive value creation throughout the business.
Focus on key strategic priorities, and create capabilities within the finance team to drive and support initiatives that will enhance the achievement of those priorities.
Support the strategic plan development and support the Finance Director and Country Finance Planning and Operations Manager to evaluate alternative ideas and options in that endeavor.
Responsible the Balance Sheet and Working Capital Planning.
General Accounting & Finance
Maintain sound accounting system which ensures best practices in book keeping and accounting for all transactions.
Maintain a competent finance team that provides up-to-date and accurate information to the business at all times.
Work closely with tax authorities to ensure full compliance and minimize exposures to the business.
Implement credit policy for the business, which promotes good management of accounts receivables portfolio and reduce bad debts.
Ensure efficient working capital management practices are entrenched.
Review and sign off month end file and provide to Finance Director.
Governance & Control
Promote good corporate governance practices within the business which ensure that the business remains a viable and responsible entity.
Practice performance management to ensure the finance team is well engaged and that proper succession planning is entrenching to promote going concern.
Provide safe and sound work environment for the finance team and support initiatives that minimizes the business risk.
Promote key external stakeholder engagements which are necessary to enhance healthy business relationships and support business continuity..
Planning & Reporting
Analyze data; financial and non-financial, so as to inform the Finance Director on macro-economic trends which underpins forecasts and budgets.
Co-ordinate the Balance sheet budgeting process and ensure budgetary controls are maintained.
Maintain healthy relationship with the Group Office and Group Finance offices to ensure the operation is abreast with current developments and reporting requirements.
Ensure that all financial statements and reports are properly and timeously prepared, communicated and distributed as required.
Decision Support
Runs finance literacy programs for other departments and depot to ensure that they are in line with finance requirements.
Build and embed superior Finance capabilities:
Share best practices for use to the Finance Director in the broader CCBA business.
Identify local best practices and capabilities and share to Finance Director
Participate in communities of practice led by group office as instructed by the Finance Director.
Skills, Experience & Education
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Accounting or related filed of studies
Added advantage: Master Business Administration in Finance
Ten (10) years accounting and financial management experience with at least 5 yearsoffinancialmanagement experience w
Hands-on experience in a multinational manufacturing business environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Finanance Development Manager plays a pivotal role to facilitate the development of an optimal, lean and efficient finance function by providing strategic direction, building increased capability, enhancing systems and providing improved process solutions and define and execute value adding innovation within the finance team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, entrench and enhance best practices across the EABSC and AMWSC finance organisation drawing on support from the CCBA Group Function
Key project member in merging the EABSC and AMWSC finance functions
Lead the development of automated governance and provide strategic leadership as to the entrenchment thereof.
Lead the automation of all processes where standard rules can be applied.
Translate cost reduction and process opportunities into workable action plans, drive the execution and ensure benefit realisation.
Develop business intelligence through integrated systems and processes.
Work with IT Business partners to enable smooth integration of multiple systems and platforms.
Build and develop capability within finance for the implementation of initiatives
Lead and manage various finance improvement projects
Lead and collaborate with rest of CCBA finance organisation to deliver the CCBA transformation objectives

Integrate into business projects to support better decision making
Coordinate multiple work streams to deliver required initiatives and projects
Skills, Experience & Education
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Accounting
A minimum of 5 years cross functional finance experience at management level
Hands-on experience in multinational manufacturing business environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of process and systems solutions delivering value to the organisation
A robust understanding of finance processes, with proven experience in identifying and executing improvements
Proven ability to align and prioritise projects to achieve business objectives
Strong working knowledge of ERP solutions
Experience in process improvement methodology and advantage (i.e. lean, 6 sigma)

Review Management Reconciliation File.
Prepare and post journals for finance function.
Draft Policies and Procedures.
Monitor Internal Audit Findings close outs.
Manage Balance Sheet Accounts.
Effect the monthly FI close procedures which initiate the close of the accounting ledger for the period in question.
Daily cash flow planning.(preparation of all internal and external financial reports related to treasury, cash management).
Provides advice to the Manager on all areas of cash management and investments.
Reviews the Cash Flow requirements report to ensure funds availability to meet operational requirements.
Prepare forecasts to project company cash positions in the short run and the near future
Re-values FX denominated balance sheet accounts as required for the preparation of financial statements
Reconciliations / information reported to the receiver is 100% accurate and compliant with CCBA and Statutory regulations.
Payment is made to the Receiver of Revenue by the last day of every month
Journals are completed with 100% accuracy
Reconciliation deviations are identified, reported and solved within one month of deviations being identified
Reconciliations are completed monthly and submitted timeously to Manager for review.
Reconciliations for balance sheet accounts are conducted as per finance policies and procedures.
Critical outstanding items on monthly balance sheet reconciliations are resolved.
Annual tax returns are filed timeously.

We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Financial Planner Analytics, which is based in CCBSA, COF Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller Reporting & Analytics.
Key Purpose Statement
To develop, maintain and implement improved tools and templates within reporting and analytics in order to support effective delivery of management reporting, analytics and group reporting submissions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
Management Reporting
Identify areas of improvement to existing reporting and analytics tools and templates and implement identified improvements and / or updates.
Evaluate existing and new reporting analytical tools and templates to ensure standardisation across CCBSA.
Provide base analytical information and compile reports to support the derivation of monthly performance insights.
Maintain back-end and content of monthly reporting systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare trend analyses, side by sides, internal and external benchmarking of data to support the detailed analysis of core functional costs to identify opportunities to reduce costs.
Programme the front-end development of Business Intelligence (BI) reports to support the development of business financial insights.
Provide input in the development of training content to support capability building.
Coach and train business operational leadership on new reporting processes and templates.
Governance
Evaluate adherence of current and new reporting analytical tools and templates to standard reporting guidelines.
Implement identified Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) controls to comply with the RACM framework requirements and mitigate financial risk to the business.
Conduct quarterly self-assessment to identify areas of non-compliance relating to management reporting and cost of goods.
Attend quarterly full-stock count within region, as a management control requirement, to ensure accurate stock reporting.
Source and provide information required for the statutory audit process for identified entities in the South African statutory group structure to ensure compliance to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and audit controls.
Collate evidence required as required by Corporate Audit Division (CAD) as per The Coca-Cola Company as well as internal auditors and external auditors to assess internal controls compliance and correct accounting aligned to IFRS.
Implement action plans to ensure closure of audit findings and mitigation of further risk to the business.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
BCom Honours degree in Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent.
Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA (SA)) or Certified Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) would be advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in model building, financial analytics and basic programming.
