Job Description
Main Duties:
- Process the weekly payroll and assist with monthly payroll.
- Preparation of Payroll Journals.
- Reconcile SARS on a monthly basis for payment.
- Reconciliation of Leave on a monthly basis.
- Management of Independent contractors agreements and claims.
- Preparation of payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Assist with long service administration.
- Perform general payroll functions and Human Capital Management-related functions.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and work under pressure.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Three-year post-matric qualification in Human Resources Management, Accounting or relevant equivalent qualification.
- At least three (3) years of working experience on Sage 300 People payroll system.
- Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the BCEA and processes and regulations pertaining to Human Capital Management.
Additional Advantages and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll Administration.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Accurate data capturing.
