Inventory Operations Analyst – QSR
We have an opportunity for an Inventory Operations Analyst to join our Replenishment team. This position aims to ensure our restaurants remain adequately stocked by investigating and fixing stock issues, managing master data and attending to stock queries.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct investigations on reasons for out-of-stock instances.
- Review Inter Branch Transfer Requests and approve/reject.
- Maintain master data (delivery days, days target coverage, MRQ’s, suppliers, stock items details etc.)
- Conduct ad hoc analyses/investigations on supplier OTIF performance and overstocking issues.
- Assist with allocations of new stock items and ad hoc allocations for promotional items.
- Assist with orders for new stores.
REQUIREMENTS
- BCom, Supply Chain, Operational Management or similar degree.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Workforce Management Analyst – QSR/Retail
The Workforce Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficient workforce management. In addition to system administrative functions the role also involves using data and analysis to guide the workforce management process. Through close collaboration with operations, the workforce management analyst will provide real-time support needs as required in relation to workforce planning and execution.
This role is based in-office at our head office in Stellenbosch.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Development team. The purpose of this role is to manage various aspects of commercial construction projects. The incumbent will work closely with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the building/construction projects and progress thereof.
- Scope the projects including equipment, materials, and manpower.
- Determines the project budget, timing, and costs.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a bulk recruiter to join our team. The purpose of this position is to recruit quick-service restaurant (QSR) employees who will provide excellent, professional customer service, understand the importance of speed of service and quality products and preferably have previous cashier experience to manage accurate transactions and upselling.
This is a 9-month fixed-term position.
DUTIES
Recruitment and Selection:
- Proactively monitor stores’ headcount requirements and initiate the applicable action.

Supply Chain Specialist (QSR)
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role oversees key administrative tasks across the supply chain, from exports to Angola store delivery, while supporting operations and store controls. Although the position is based at our Head Office in Stellenbosch, the incumbent’s focus will be Angola and will assist the CEO Angola and Operations Manager Angola with some of their tasks, which allows them to focus on growth initiatives. The role aims to streamline the import process to enable faster, smaller shipments, reduce costs such as overpaid duties and port fees and shipments. Enhance stock control by minimising waste, enforcing FIFO practices.
Office based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa but Supports Angola.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and expedite supply order plans (generated by Angola CEO) from plan to delivery in the shortest possible timeframe so that stock can be ordered and arrive more regularly within the country.
- Review shelf-life before leaving the supplier’s premises to get the maximum shelf-life possible.
- Place purchase orders (POs) for the Distribution Centre (DC) and review store POs for local suppliers, collect all proof of delivery (PODs) from stores to do the actual receiving of goods and liaise with finance team to get the invoices processed accurately.
- Work closely with all suppliers and the Hungry Lion Group procurement buyer to expedite RSA stock, ensuring reduced lead times from suppliers and shorter consolidation timeframes at the Cape Town warehouses to Angola.
- Drive the clearing and forwarding process.
- Apply for import sanitary licenses and distribution unit (DU) permits; coordinate with local Angolan personnel, including the freight forwarder, to conduct repeat visits to the agriculture department for sanitary licenses and the Ministry of Commerce for DU permits. Maintain a sense of urgency to streamline the process, reduce permit acquisition times, and shorten import lead times.
- Coordinate with non-RSA global suppliers to ensure seamless import cycles and promptly address any supplier processes or issues.
- Prepare initial plans for simpler projects and take on responsibilities typically handled by a project manager for non-complex projects.
- Maintain item master data and recipes and pricing for Angola.
- Assist in driving relevant system initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Portuguese and English are essential. This is a non-negotiable.
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics is preferable.
- Solid experience within an administration/controller role.
- Competent in Google Workspace desirable.
