Job Purpose:
Administer import/ export plans and processes to provide preparation and clearance of documentation through the relevant authorities and guide and advise customers on import/ export operations and regulations in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
Key Tasks:
- Administer import/ export plans and processes to optimize service and performance
- Perform transactional operational tasks related to import/ export in adherence to regulations and internal procedures

- Prepare calculations for duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight and volume of merchandise imported/ exported from/ to foreign destinations

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years HR business partner experience
- 3+ years experience operating at a middle management level, including leading teams, managing budgets, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- 4+ years in talent acquisition (you know your stuff!).
- Strong ER/IR knowledge in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Industrial Psychology, or similar (Honours = bonus points).
