Accountabilites: 

The tasks of the Site Security Coordinator  include and are not limited to the following:

  • In line with the Country broader strategy, implement the Site Security Plan to identify, assess and mitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation.
  • Form part of the Site Crisis ManagementTeam, with execution of security functions as part of the Business Continuity Plans of the premises.

Qualifications

  • A post graduate degree in business or a related field is typically required

  • Communication with Stock Controllers regarding duties
  • Planning of duties and activities according to truck loading sequence 
  • Accuracy by ensuring the correct stock is loaded on each truck
  • Timeous working by ensuring that stock is loaded as per schedule to avoid late deliveries
  • Best practices with FIFO (to ensure good stock flow)
