· Manage all functions of housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes,
monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing correction
action
·effectively manage the housekeeping finance and administration including budgets, Capex
and operating equipment requirements, financial analysis, reporting, audit requirements and

We are seeking an exceptional, senior-level Motion and Graphic Designer with advanced animation expertise and strong AI integration capabilities. This role requires a strategic creative thinker who can conceptualize, design, animate, and deliver world-class content across digital and print platforms — often
within high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

The ideal candidate combines refined design sensibility, technical excellence, production knowledge and emerging AI fluency to produce premium, onbrand creative that performs

Our successful Motion and Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and executing high-impact creative across multiple brands and properties. This includes static design, motion graphics, animation, video, and print production — ensuring every output meets brand, regulatory, and
platform standards. You will also play a key role in integrating AI tools into the creative workflow to enhance ideation, efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full creative process from brief interpretation to final delivery.
• Design premium branded content across digital, print, social, OOH, POS, and video platforms.
• Transform static designs into high‑quality motion graphics and animations.
• Enhance creative output across brands with limited in‑house support.
• Develop advanced animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 2D/3D tools.
• Produce dynamic video content, GIFs, digital ads, and motion assets tailored for each platform.
• Optimise animations for all digital and social channels.
• Integrate emerging AI tools into design, animation, and production workflows.
• Use AI for concept development, asset creation, workflow efficiency, and performance‑driven creative outputs.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI‑assisted design and creative automation.
• Prepare accurate, print‑ready artwork with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure correct formatting, resizing, image adjustments, and colour accuracy.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production quality and consistency.
• Maintain expert knowledge of print processes, finishes, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all creative work complies with CI guidelines across multiple brands.
• Adhere to gaming regulations, promotional standards, social media rules, and consumer protection legislation.
• Protect brand integrity across all creative outputs.
• Contribute to campaigns, product launches, and special event creative.
• Create and adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and websites.
• Collaborate with Digital Brand Manager and broader creative/digital teams.
• Extend master concepts into cohesive multi‑platform campaigns.
• Possess advanced digital and print design expertise.
• Demonstrate strong motion graphics and animation capability.
• Show strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
• Manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Understand digital marketing fundamentals.
• Have deep knowledge of social media standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Uphold high creative standards with commercial awareness.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), good verbal and written skills in English, numeracy skills (all NQF 4); at least 5 years’ experience in a senior motion designer role. Advanced skills in animation and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and familiar 3D and animation software (preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Sound understanding of digital marketing, content trends, and social media platform standards and guidelines. A creative mind set, proactive attitude, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
