Core Description

Develop go-to-market plans for Mass Markets business by using market solutions that are consistent with the Broadband Market as well as Small and Medium Business segment requirements, commercial strategy, and business strategy of Openserve Develop product and solutions strategy including product lifecycle management and development of product roadmaps incorporating customer feedback, market trends, technological trends, potential partnerships and considering the economics and financial requirements of Openserve.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to grow Openserve Broadband and Mass Markets revenue portfolio in alignment with business plan objectives
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate industry trends, customer requirements and technological changes whilst regularly assessing alignment to Openserve business and commercial strategy
  • Co-ordinate cross-functional teams, producing and reviewing solution requirement documents and ensuring products and solutions are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Accountable for management of solution development cycle from concept to launch as well as a roadmap for future solution developments
  • Support potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive proposals
  • Portfolio performance management including business performance reporting, trend analysis and explanations
  • Perform post-implementation reviews and provide product/ solution performance metrics, along with mitigating steps where performance is not in line with business plan.

Core Description

Establish a Mass Market sales strategy to align to business plan expectations, in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure revenue growth and retention. Lead and manage both existing sales pipeline and the development of new Consumer & Small and Medium Business sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  • Establish a clear sales strategy for the broader Mass Market to drive revenue growth and retention targets, in line with the business plan targets and market share aspirations
  • Actively grow Openserve Mass Market Business portfolio revenue (for both Consumer and SMB) through new market development, extended channel mix, churn management and ARPU growth
  • Manage strategic customer accounts and nurture relationships for the purposes of serving customer requirements and growing account revenue
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer requirements and technological changes whilst regularly assessing alignment to Openserve business and commercial strategy
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify, and influence decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
