If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4); good numeracy skills,
verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); at least one year’s experience in a restaurant /
hotel bartender role. Must have good knowledge of cocktails, wines, Coffee preparation
and bar service standards.

cleanliness and the cashier’s professional appearance
· provide excellent customer service through quick, accurate and friendly attention
· receive payments with correct preparation of bills and point of sale management
· complete the shift cash ups accurately and thoroughly
· Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
· Able to work under pressure and multitask
· Must have experience with emails and invoicing
· Must have knowledge of hotel management systems such as Opera Cloud PMS or
similar platforms.

purchase requisitions, ordering and receiving of stock and payment
· respond promptly and politely to guests’ needs and ensure their feedback is
communicated to relevant people
· maintain an orderly work station
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

(NQF 4); competent verbal and written English skills; sound knowledge of computer skills
