Our successful Controllers in F&B …
·effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including
procurement, stock control, ordering, budgets, forecasts, reports and
recommendations
· manage staff fairly and in alignment with legislation and the casino group’s policies
and procedures
· maintain the professionalism and neat appearance of the accounts office and all who
work in it
·facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations
are anticipated and exceeded
·work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF level 4); • Diploma or
Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, Food & Beverage Management.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Controller or Cost Controller role
within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control,
inventory management, and revenue reconciliation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Micros POS, Opera PMS, and inventory management systems (Wanama
or similar).

This is an opportunity to be a part of an 8-week Dealer Training Programme, which upon completion, could open

Requirements
 Stand for long periods of time.
 Good overall appearance
 Able to demonstrate a reasonable level of mental arithmetic in order to calculate quickly
 Ability to quickly distinguish colours

 Team player, high level of Integrity, Assertive yet Empathetic, fluent in English, flexible and open-minded,
calm under pressure.
 Excellent customer service skills
