Loyalty and Rewards Implementation Specialist
Introduction
The position of Loyalty and Rewards Implementation Specialist is vacant. The Loyalty and Rewards Implementation Specialist will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and form part of the Members Service and Experience division. This is a contract position based in Pretoria.
The total remuneration package is R 1 193 734 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Loyalty and Rewards Implementation Specialist will be required to provide support to the CMO in the implementation of the following Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Successful rollout of the Wellness and Rewards Programme within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Measurable improvement in member engagement and retention rates.
- Compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Achievement of defined KPIs and positive stakeholder feedback.
- Sustainable partnerships delivering value to members and the Scheme.
- Focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the success of operations, service delivery, and overall member satisfaction.
- Measure the frequency of incidents linked to risks that were either not mitigated or not identified, helping to gauge the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
- Measures the success of training programs aimed at increasing staff awareness of risks and equipping them to handle them appropriately.
- Coordinating the execution of all aspects of the Wellness and Rewards Programme with internal departments and strategic partners.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification and Experience requirements are:
- A bachelor’s degree in Project management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Health Management, or a related field is required.
- A Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, MSc, or relevant Honours degree) is advantageous.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2), Loyalty Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in programme management, customer loyalty, or rewards implementation, with at least 5 years at a senior or strategic level.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
Skills and Behavioural Competencies:
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, digital engagement, CRM systems, and programme performance measurement.
- Sound understanding of Medical Schemes legislation, POPIA, Consumer Protection Act, and relevant international compliance frameworks.
- Ability to develop and translate strategic concepts into implementable loyalty solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and delivery skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Excellent ability to build relationships and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in using data to evaluate member engagement and programme performance.
- Understanding member communication, digital campaign management, and marketing
- analytics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Strong grasp of data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Ability to develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Understand medical schemes industry and related legislations (desirable)

Organisational Development Manager
Introduction
The position of Organisational Development (OD) Manager is vacant. The OD Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager: HR Strategy and will form part of the Corporate Services Division. The position is based at the Head Office in Pretoria.
An annual total cost to company package will apply, between R 954,930 and R 1,193,734 based on the Scheme’s Remuneration Policy and dependent on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
The OD Manager will be required to support the Senior Manager HR Strategy through the implementation of the following Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Lead organisational design, job architecture, job evaluation, grading, workforce planning and structural alignment initiatives to support business strategy
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management framework, including performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, succession planning and capability development.
- Develop and implement talent management, employee engagement and retention strategies to attract, develop and retain critical skills.
- Lead organisational design, job architecture, workforce planning and structural alignment initiatives to support business strategy.
- Facilitate and support organisational change and transformation initiatives to enable business readiness and successful adoption
- Manage OD-related projects, governance processes and stakeholder engagements to ensure effective delivery of organisational objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Organisational Development, Organisational Design, Talent Management, Performance Management and Succession Planning.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience at supervisory, specialist or management level.
- Proven experience in organisational design, job profiling, job evaluation/grading, workforce planning and change management.
Advantageous
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field.
- Registration with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
- Registration as an Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA.
- Knowledge and understanding of the medical schemes industry.
Skills
- Sound knowledge of organisational development, organisational design and workforce planning methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management and succession planning

Finance Controller: Technical Reporting
Introduction
The position of Finance Controller: Technical Reporting is vacant. The Finance Controller: Technical Reporting will report directly to the Finance Manager: Reporting and will form part of the Finance Division. The position is based at the Head Office in Pretoria.
The annual total cost to company package will apply, between R540,029 and R 674,894 per annum, based on the Scheme’s Remuneration Policy and dependent on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Finance Controller: Technical Reporting will be required to support the Finance Manager: Reporting through the implementation of the following Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
- Draft AFS in compliance with IFRS, SAICA Accounting Guides and CMS Circulars.
- Review and interpret reports on technical IFRS and regulatory matters, escalating significant risks.
- Accountable for the technical quality of assigned reporting solutions.
- Quality assure financial reporting data and implements data integrity controls.
- Review and redesign reporting processes to improve quality, efficiency, standardisation and compliance.
- Analyse budgets, assumptions, financial risks and inconsistencies.
- Assist in building financial models to support management decision-making.
- Populate monthly management accounts.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Finance, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years management accounting and reporting experience
- Strong IFRS knowledge for procedures and reporting methodologies
- Experience with IFRS, ERP systems, financial reporting, and AFS preparation
