Role summary
The Team Leader – Receptionist has an overall responsibility to provide a professional service to all customers in line with the Netcare strategic themes.

Effective Communications

Key work output and accountabilities
 Review the sheriff payment requisitions to ensure that there are no duplicate payments that
have been captured by the CCO team
 Ensure that the payment proposals for the sheriff payments have been prepared prior to the
authorisation of the payments by the Financial Manager
 Ensure that the WCA provision calculation has been prepared in line with the ruling from the

The Credit Controller is responsible to ensure that all COID, Private and foreign cases meet the admission
criteria and is responsible for; employers incident report (WCL2), first medical report (WCL4), the collation,
scanning and attachment of all the necessary supporting documentation, through successful engagement
with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner to ensure the successful collection of
proceeds due.

Key work output and accountabilities

Quality management systems and patient satisfaction
 Ensure compliance to CSA scores applicable to area, understand deviations, assess new ideas, and
implement an action plan with manager and reports on outcomes (TRIPLE Aim).
 Analyse error report on a weekly basis and action errors accordingly.

Governance and patient financial risk management

 Private Credit controller to assist Finance to identify all Private, Foreign and Patient payments without
reference numbers on daily Hospital bank statement for allocation.
 Monitor and liaise with the relevant parties that after hours payments taken for other service
providers are paid over according to the agreed turnaround time.
 Follow up on Authorization papers for the SANDF on Emergency after hours admissions to ensure
that it is received the following day.

Role summary

Key work output and accountabilities

  • Maintaining the interior and exterior painted surfaces of the facility and associated plant and

Role summary
The Human Resources Assistant is required to perform a full generalist human resources function. This
includes industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counselling, and the supervision of
administration processes.
The incumbent s further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with Netcare as well as members of the public.

Key work output and accountabilities

  • Complete ATRs in consultation with Exco, Line Management and HR Manager
  • Compile advertisements in conjunction with line management
  • Advertise vacancies and complete short-listing with line management
  • Process all relevant documentation related to the recruitment and selection of staff
  • Liaise with external suppliers as required
  • Schedule employees for orientation
  • Recon orientation and training attendance against the new starters, transfers and employee list and
    against the training variance report
  • Ensure the collation and submission of documentation for payroll including dealing with all payroll
    related queries
  • Payroll input processing, terminations, and appointments
  • SANC deductions, Tax on Bonus, Variable pay, Retirement Fund options and contributions
  • Process Medical Aid applications
