We are looking for a talented Program Manager to support our After Market Services programs. You will own the building of this program that deal with all inventory customers return to Amazon. You will work directly with legal, operations, transportation, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best inventory outcomes possible.
The right candidate will have program management background and experience in leading large projects. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Key job responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute the program, and future roadmaps to achieve business goals.
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and come up with solutions – short and long term
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Set up performance management and compliance mechanisms and track performance on a day to day basis;
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis
Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations

The Vendor Specialist position offers an exciting introduction to our on-line retail business and a broad training ground for future success. This role will work directly with strategic and large vendors to grow their business through various levers including merchandising/marketing, new product launches, pricing, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. The Vendor Specialist will also work with multiple internal teams and management as they grow and improve their vendor’s success at Amazon. This role will be both strategic and tactical.
Key job responsibilities
The Vendor Specialist role will be responsible for the following:

Country Lead, Mass Vendor Relations Program
DESCRIPTION
International Emerging Stores (IES) Mass Vendor Relations’ (MVR) vision is to be the best place to launch, manage and scale brand owners and offer 100% of the selection that matters most to our customers. We do so by onboarding selection that matters to our customers, launching/scaling regional products/programs to engage and scale vendors, automating an increasing share of tasks year on year, from both vendor management/vendor experience standpoint; and centralizing processes that can be managed across multiple Amazon stores.
This leadership position will manage a high performing team of Vendor Managers, whose primary goal is to onboard suppliers in South Africa (ZA), and Account Managers, to drive growth for these vendors and ensure they are successful on Amazon. The position will be responsible for managing ZA MVR P&L. Key job responsibilities
As the Country Leader, you are the business owner for ZA MVR and are responsible to deliver on the above vision for the program. Specific responsibilities include –
• Hire, develop, and lead a multi-functional team of high performing vendor managers, account managers and program managers, to deliver on MVR’s vision in South Africa. This includes coaching and developing individual contributors, and front-line managers.
• Own ZA MVR P&L through selection strategic partnerships, negotiation, selection addition, vendor management and improving scaled vendor experience
• Ensure accountability for all important metrics such as increased product selection, growth and profitability, availability, etc.
• Drive sustainable process improvements across teams and functions to create long-term efficiency in MVR, while effectively escalating issues across all levels in the company
• Be the voice of small and medium suppliers, when interacting with ZA leadership
• Collaborate with other leaders (Selection, Pricing, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance) in South Africa and across other Amazon stores to continually innovate on behalf of our vendors and customers
