Based in Pretoria West, this role reports to the Senior QA Technologist. |
| Minimum Requirements | To qualify for this Quality And Food Safety Internship, you should meet the following requirements:Matric / Grade 12In the process of completing a food technology qualification.Candidates must require workplace exposure to obtain their qualification in Food Technology to complete studies. An average of 70% is required |
| Duties & Responsibilities | As a Quality And Foods Safety Intern at RCL Foods, your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks, including:Chemistry lab sample analysis: Collect weekly samples of finished products for micro-testing and prepare them for dispatch to the service provider GMP inspections: Conduct GMP audits as per schedule and compile reports. Micro testing sample preparation: Collect microbial swabs monthly on agreed areas, as per the schedule requirements and prepare them for dispatch to the service provide.Micro analysis result trending: Weekly trending of microanalysis results received from the testing labs.Online quality checks: Ensures the quality standard of productsAssistance during internal and external Audits, mock recalls |
