Responsible for ensuring compliance to all financial procedures in the factory, managing and controlling new systems and different cost saving initiatives and the factory profitability and variance analysis. The duties include ensuring accurate costing throughout the manufacturing process; variance analysis, stock reconciliations, month-end reporting, and bill of materials.
Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Cost AccountingCreate, amend and manage Bills of Material. (BOM)Ability to translate formulations into BOM’s.Cost estimate creation and maintenance; monthly report to CFOProduct costing understanding and ability to cost products from receipt supplied(marginal, ABC)Scrap factor determination.Generating the company’s production reports using and expenditure data.Upload new standard cost and release cost estimates in SAP.Internal Controls and AnalysisProduction process understanding; TECO, ERTR, REL, CLSDSolid understanding of production GRV and consumption, including monthly balancing accruals.Production order variance and analysis; monthly report to CFOCOOIS understanding and analysis.Standard cost methodology understanding, creation, maintenance, and monthly analysis.Review WIP account daily.Factory CollaborationAbility to work with factory staff (warehouse, production, production planning, etc.).
