MECHANISATION ADMINISTRATION

Purpose of the position:
The candidate will oversee the completion of clerical and administrative tasks at head office.

The responsibilities of the position will include the following:

  • New and second-hand inventory control, which includes orders, the maintenance of the inventory master file as well as general filing and administrative functions;
  • Serving as a liaison point between the head office and branches regarding new and second-hand inventory related queries;
  • Providing ad hoc assistance with vehicle registrations;
  • Administrative tasks normally required in the successful operation of a mechanisation business.

Minimum requirements:

  • A Grade 12 certificate;
  • The candidate must have at least one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience;
  • The candidate must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

The following will serve as a recommendation:
• Experience with vehicle registration processes and general administration in the automotive/agricultural equipment industry

Skills:

  • Effective communication skills;
  • Must be customer–oriented;
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
  • Must be reliable and responsible.
