HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER:
Nyeleti has a vacancy for a Human Resource Officer at their Tshwane Office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A tertiary qualification in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management.
• Must have excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• A minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience.
• Will assist the HR Generalist in a wide range of duties such as recruitment, HR Admin, maintaining personnel
  files, salary & increment records, BBBEE records, staff interviews, mentorship program and all other HR related
  functions.
• Professional Registration with SABPP will be advantageous.
• Payroll experience will be beneficial.
• The successful incumbent will report to the HR Generalist.
  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Motivated, responsible, goal orientated and self-driven individual.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Have excellent credibility and customer centric.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to exercise confidentiality is a must.
• Excellent time management skills and must be obliging and deliverable orientated
• Ability to analyse situations & recommend solutions.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Has excellent organizational, time management & decision-making skills.
