SAIPA traineeship – Cape Town

Cape Town – Northern Suburbs based accounting practice requires 2 Trainee Accountants
to sign a SAIPA traineeship with the following:

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed or in process of completing BCom (Financial Accounting), B Acc or equivalent degree
• 1 year experience in a finance, accounting or related field will be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite
• Knowledge of Pastel will be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite
• SA Citizenship
• Valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite
• Ability to speak/write/Read English & Afrikaans
• Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
• Must have good time management, problem solving and delegation skills
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure

SAIPA training – Pretoria

SAIPA training contract available at Accounting and Auditing firm in Pretoria.
Requirements:

• Completed BCom degree or enrolled for a degree (NQF level 8)
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Previous experience will be an advantage, but is not a requirement

Duties will include:

• Full monthly accounting function for set clients
• Full payroll function for set clients
• Preparation of financial statements and accompanying working papers
• Preparing audit and independent review working papers
• Income tax calculations and submissions to SARS
• Exposure to all SAIPA competencies will be provided
