| Job Purpose | Responsible for undertaking public relations/marketing, communication and administration duties effectively. |
| Key Responsibility Areas | • Attending to customer needs by receiving telephone calls and responding positively to enquiries and complaints from clients, prospective clients, the general public and Council Officers/representatives. • Attending to visitors, determining the purpose of their visit and directing them to appropriately to the right section or guiding them to an alternate venue. • Controlling and selling stock, ensuring that proper documentation is completed for the Accounts and Administration Section. • Purchases CSW Clothing and accessories for marketing purposes and for stock in the CSW staff shop. • Manages telephone information received by customers. • Generates a list of any/all CSW major customers whose electricity supply may be pending disconnection. • Maintains a list of customer account transfers. • Controls and verifies staff shop stock levels, investigates any discrepancies and reports to the Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator on any confirmed variations. |
