MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide reception services, welcome visitors and maintain the reception area in a professional manner.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Provide switch board services by screening incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff in Provincial Office
Provide reception and administrative services
Handling face-to-face enquiries from visitors
Control inventory relevant to reception area and ensure the reception area is maintained in a presentable state at all times
Plan and coordinate support personnel diaries.
Coordinate provincial office fleet.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
Matric (NQF level 4)
Office Administration Certificate as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1-2 year’s relevant work experience Able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of switchboard system
Computer literacy
Knowledge of Seda products and services and Seda’s role within the SMME Sector

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office in terms of financial function as well as management of information and reporting
systems.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Coordinate the financial administration activities at Branch Level.
❖ Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
❖ Coordinate the asset management activities at Branch level.
❖ Provide administrative support at Branch level.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment Able to demonstrate:
❖ Prior experience of information management system
