Job PurposeResponsible for the overall facilitation of video programmes produced for the Ethekwini Municipality.
Key Responsibility Areas• Performs administrative/ office duties.
• Assist in the maintaining the video tape stock control and “master” library.
• Assist the Manager Administration by ensuring that clients are billed for production costs.
• Maintain all studio equipment.
• File all records pertaining to production for easy retrieval, archival and audit purposes.
• Performs field work.
• Taking video footage using the Departments cameras as required.

Essential Requirements• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a video production certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Film and video Technology or equivalent related qualification.
• 4 years relevant experience in operating a video camera and sound system.
