TROLLEY BOY

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Retrieve shopping carts or trolleys from designated areas and ensure their availability for customers.
• Greet and assist customers with their shopping items, helping them load and unload items into the trolleys.
• Organize and arrange trolleys in an orderly manner to facilitate easy access for customers.
• Monitor the trolley area and promptly collect and return trolleys to their designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the trolley area, removing any trash or debris.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Collaborate with the store’s staff to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Handle any other trolley boy-related tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.Organization and cleaning of equipment
• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times
• All Health and Safety instructions to be adhered to at all times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years  as Trolley Boy work experience 
• Team player, hard working and committed
• Young and energetic personality

• Must speak and write in English 
• Hard working and committed
• Willing to work on shift schedules (day and night shift)

CLEANER

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Clean offices and meeting rooms: floors, desks, shelves, glass doors, windows (from inside) and the surface of office equipment
• Ensure constant availability of supplies such as toilet paper and hand washing soap
• Clean all common areas and storages, reception area and corridors
• Empty all waste paper bins and shredder trays to the designated places
• Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms, reception area and accommodation is arranged in the required manner at all time

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of cleaning experience. 
• Must be able to submit a Police Clearance certificate with current dated
• Able to speak and write in English 
• Hard working and committed
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

GENERAL HELPER

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Packing and unpacking
• Loading and unloading  of materials
• To  operate Pallet Rider vehicle and training will be provided

• Organization and cleaning of equipment
• To operate RF guns (scanners) for picking items
• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times
• All Health and Safety instructions to be adhered to at all times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years  as General Helper work experience 
• Team player, hard working and committed
• Young and energetic personality

• Must speak and write in English 
• Hard working and committed
• Willing to work on shift schedules (day and night shift)
