| Key Responsibility Areas | • Responds and attend to calls regarding injuries on duty (IOD) and emergency medical cases. • Consults with relevant clinical superior on issues pertaining to IODs. • Liaises with various stakeholders regarding the injured employees documents. • Attends to employees on follow up as required. • Orders, maintains and supplies first aid requisites to respective units. • Ensures all first aid and emergency equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. • Completes compensation documents, resumption of duty reports and collate all medical reports and related data. • Maintains first line of contact with injured employees and their supervisors. • Updates and maintains records. • Coordinates training and re-training of First Aiders. • Plans and undertakes refresher courses for employees. |
