Food Service Consultant – Hammersdale

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Minumum Qualifications
  • Grade 12

Cleaner – Kokstad Mortuary

Icebolethu Group is calling for suitable candidates to apply and fill the permanent position of a Cleaner based in Kokstad Mortuary. The incumbents will be required to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties under Cleaning Services a Division of Icebolethu Group.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Minumum Qualifications

  • Grade 12.
Experience and Knowledge required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years cleaning experience.
Skills and competence required:
  • Must pay close attention to detail.
  • Communicates well with others.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Ensure that Icebolethu Group’s premises are maintained and are kept in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Mop tiled areas and vacuum carpets in spaces allocated.
  • Wipe down furnishings cleaning and polishing Window surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain all Lavatories maintains urinals in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Replenish perishables such as Toilet paper and Deo Blocks.
  • Empty dustbins are emptied and wipe down with anti-septic twice daily.
  • Ensure recyclable waste and refuse is allocated to the correct refuse bins where applicable.
  • Keep Stock of all consumables, maintain a checklist and inform Supervisor of items which require replenishment.
  • Maintain Boardroom in a Clean and Hygienic condition and ensure refreshment provision are available as required by the Supervisor.
  • Operates cleaning equipment and machinery safely as per manufacturers specification.
  • Ensures cleaning equipment is used cautiously without causing damage to walls and furniture.
  • Maintains cleaning equipment by thorough cleaning and storage after use as per manufacturers specifications.
  • Wiping down of wall surfaces to maintain paint, dusting and cleaning of windowsills and blinds every three (3) months.
  • Ensure usage of Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
  • Marking wet floor using appropriate signage and warning signs.

Foundation Coordinator – Durban

Icebolethu is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the Permanent position of a Foundation Coordinator for our Business. The incumbent will be required to assist in the success of projects done by the foundation department. Organize and administer multiple programs supported by the foundation. Those programs may include fundraising activities, administration of programs, campaigns and identifying opportunities to enhance our engagement with our target audience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Matric
  • National Diploma or Degree in Public / Business Administration / communications or any relevant qualification.

Icebolethu Burials Services is currently in search of ten (10) suitable candidates to apply and fill the position of Field Sales Agent. The success candidates will be based in Memorial Hill Cemetery. The incumbent/s will be required to perform tasks supporting Burial Services.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Skills required for the position:

  • Sales Experience:Previous experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role, is essential.

Receptionist

Icebolethu Group is currently in search of a suitable candidate to take up the position of Receptionist based at number 387 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg – Johannesburg Office. The successful person will play a crucial role as the face of the office, they will be responsible for welcoming clients and guests, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and where applicable performing various administrative duties. They will also assist with HR administrative tasks and oversee the efficient ordering and dispatching of office supplies across the organization.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Minumum Qualifications
  • Grade 12.
  • Qualification in Customer Service and or Office Administrations. Advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge required

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Minumum Qualifications
  • B. Com Accounting or related qualification
Experience and Knowledge required
  • Minimum of two to three (2 – 3) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial services is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of IFRS, VAT and Income Tax
Skills and competence required
