Location:
Peninsula Operation, Contermanskloof, Western Cape Province
Responsibilities:
- Preparing interview packs
- Compiling list of CV’s
- Print CV’s for interviews
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- Printing all take on documentation for new joiners
- Open file of new joiners and scan documentation
- Printing of all exit documentation
- Performance contracting printing and collating (KPI’s)
- Documentation distribution (conflict of interest, code of ethics, EEA1 forms)
10.Prepare portfolio of evidence file for DMR and Department of Labour
11.Prepare EECC packs
12.HR Projects roll out – printing and collating of all documentation
13.All other HR admin related support activities
Experience and Qualifications: - Grade 12
- Relevant completed ND HR Management and/ or BTECH degree HR

Location: Rooikraal Quarry
The learner will be required to sign the 18.2 Learnership Agreement in order to participate in the
Learnership Programme. The agreement will also be registered with the MQA.
Applicants must be unemployed youth who are technically inclined, and are in possession of the
following are invited to apply:
- Grade 12 with pure mathematics (not Maths literacy), Physical Science and English, all
passes. - N2 Certificate including four relevant subjects of Maths, Engineering Science and a third and
fourth subject as required by the trade; or - Relevant Engineering NCV Certificates with seven subjects at NQF level 4; or
- Technical Grade 11 with Maths, Science, Language and related trade theory subject; or
- Relevant (directly related to the trade theory subjects) N6 certificate or National Technical
Diploma (T, S or N stream). - Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.

Location:
North West Province – Lichtenburg Dudfield Operation
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identification of hazardous workplace conditions with respect to health and hygiene.
- Development of health hazard exposure programmes.
- Analysing incidents and non-conformance in order to identify deficiencies and contributing
factors in the health and hygiene management system. - Effective record keeping of all medical records.
- Providing effective health and wellness training as part of medical examination.
- Development of site specific health and wellness work instructions in alignment with the
company’s policy, standards and procedures. - Ensuring surveillance is conducted on all employees, contractors in alignment with the exposure
programmes and risk based medical surveillance programme. - Ensuring effective follow up consultations is maintained on all medical surveillance, as and when
required. - Monitoring and measuring the hygiene/health programme.
- Ensuring that health related in-house training is arranged.
Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required: - Diploma or Degree in Nursing and Certificates in Occupational Health and Audiometry and
Spirometry. - Three to Five years’ experience in Occupational Health in a mining and/or manufacturing
environment. - Registered with South African Nursing Council.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of the MHS Act and Acts applicable to AfriSam
Activities. - Computer literacy including MS Excel, MSWord, experience with SHEQ systems and OMPAssist/SAP will be deemed advantageous.
- Valid unendorsed EB driver’s license.
- Dispensing license for primary healthcare drugs will be an advantage.
