Job Purpose	Controls professional and technical processes associated with provision of structural engineering service to internal/external clients through the provision of guidance and advice on the formulation of proposals and design concepts, contract, and project management of basic and average complexity type of broadly defined structural engineering works.
Key Responsibility Areas	Provides advice/information and guidance on the principles, procedures and applications associated with basic or average complexity structural engineering processes encapsulated in specific projects of a broadly defined natureApplies principles and techniques associated with the development and presentation of technical designsDisseminates information on the professional and technical aspects of structural engineering design concepts and provides reportsCoordinates sequences associated with the preparation collation of contract documentation and/ or the evaluation of tender applicationsControls the implementation/ outcomes associated with time, quality, and cost of specific basic and average complexity structural engineering contracts.
