Necsa Group, through Necsa Learning Academy, is contributing toward skills development by
offering a 24 months Internship Programme for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge
and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Unemployed South African citizens graduates between the age of 18 and 35 with a tertiary
qualification in one of the following fields of study:
Public Administration
Human Resources
Marketing
Finances
IT

Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET
Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply. Applicants must
provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical
component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following
fields of study:
Electrical
Instrumentation
Fitter and Turner
Mechanical Fitter
Boilermaker
Welder

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME
Necsa Learning Academy Apprenticeship Vacancies
Necsa Learning Academy would like to invite unemployed youth to apply for the
Apprenticeship Training Programme in following Occupational Certificates/Trades:

Necsa Learning Academy (NLA) is a nationally recognised and accredited skills
development provider focused on professional and technical skills development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
NQF Level 1 (Grade 9), or
N2-6 with 4 subjects and relevant trade theory included, or
Technical Matric with Maths, Science and relevant trade theory included, or
NCV Level 3/4 Engineering Certificate with 7 subjects and relevant trade theory
included.
In addition to the above minimum requirements candidates must also meet the
following requirements:
Technical knowledge.
Must be able to work in a team.
Appointments to these positions are dependent on successful completion of
screening protocols, such as being declared medically fit, security clearance,
qualification verifications, and technical assessments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CV’s must be accompanied by a certified copy of identity document, certificates
and proof of residence.
The successful applicant will be appointed on a section 18.2 for a three years
period.
The applicant must be 18 years and older.
Successful candidates will receive formal training and on-the-job training.
Only South Africa citizens will be considered for these opportunities.
Correspondence will be limited to short-listed candidates only.
NB. This opportunity is for individuals who have not participated in a previous
apprenticeship program.
Only applicants from the following 7 provinces will be considered for Apprenticeship:
Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape and
North West only.
BENEFITS:
Accommodation will be provided.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of their
contracts
No deviation to the minimum criteria will be accommodated.
