Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) clerk, reporting to the Cold Drink Equipment Team Leader. The CDE Clerk will be required to support the Coolers Technician with regards to daily capturing of breakdowns, planned and preventative work. Supporting function to the maintenance team and contribute to continuous improvements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Open, schedule and close job cards • Follow up on all outstanding orders and monitoring daily/weekly, monthly or yearly maintenance plans • Creating and Manage notifications, Work orders, Purchase Requisitions  and reservations on MSD • Manage all Planned work and ensuring all data is captured and up-to-date • Manage all PM files and administration • Data inputs measurements on MSD • Assist with compiling of reports i.e. KPIs • Problem solving • Internal customer service excellence • Quality system, Health, Safety, and environment compliance • MSD Data Maintenance • Excellent communication skills • Filling • Material management • Overall departmental administration duties • Enforce and maintain housekeeping standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hauling of bulk stock (Primary Distribution) between Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres / Local Distribution Partners and OCCD’s

Strategic Talent Sourcing:

Proven successful experience in delivering talent in the global Africa diaspora. 

Proficiency in technical recruitment processes, exceptional networking skills, psychometric and competency assessment tools, competency-based interviewing, knowledge of employment legislation, familiarity with sourcing technology (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Customer Relationship Management systems, job boards, LinkedIn), and strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
