Responsibilities
Total Remuneration Benchmarking & Analysis:
1. Participates in total remuneration surveys, model salary increases, collect internal and external data and conduct analyses to develop salary structures & ensure a competitive posture in the relevant market(s). Collaboration:
Effectively collaborate with Reward teams members and other departments/functions, i.e. HR Data team, Payroll and Finance to drive and deliver on the reward plans
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in HR, Remuneration/Compensation or related field.
3 -5 years’ experience in Compensation and Rewards or HR Data Analytics
Advanced Excel and Data Analytics Skills
GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) Certified (Preferred).
