EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Financial, Sales, Operational, HR and IR skills are essential
- 5 years experience in the Logistics and Road Transport environment in an operational management position
- Excellent admin skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff
- Ability to do MS Excel Spreadsheets with Pivot Tables, charts and formulas
- Experience in managing own P&L
- Comprehensive knowledge of the LRA and BCEA and hands on experience in IR
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Must have own reliable transport
- Be able to work overtime / shifts should it be needed

To follow the SAICA program in order to qualify
Duties and Responsibilities
The position entails a 3-year training programme as part of the SAICA TOPP Programme where the aim will be to finally qualify as a CA(SA)
The position will involve 3 rotations per year, where 4 months will be spent in a department at a time.
Trainees will also be eligible for sufficient study leave when writing their APC exam.
Trainees will have access to mentors who will support and encourage them during their exams and studies.
DSV will pay for the trainees’ preparation courses and exams for both ITC and APC
