Administer and monitor expenses

  • Placing of purchase orders for Production, Quality, Industrial and Milk Procurement
  • Ensure all invoices relating to the above are send to finance for payment
  • Follow up on orders, close orders not required and management GRNI with finance team

Assist with general departmental needs

  • Replenish office/floor refreshments and stationary
  • Arrange functions
  • Travel arrangements and bookings for Production, Quality and Milk Procurement
  • Assist Maintenance Manager with weekly cost analysis per branch
  • Assist financial department and auditors with financial reports
  • Assist with year-end stock counts

Month end reports & weekly reports

  • Generate month end reports within the logistic department
  • Generate weekly reports within the logistic department
  • Update weekly a management information report within the Logistic department on ad hoc request.
  • Update monthly presentations.
