FLEET CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • The successful candidate must have Grade 12 with 3-5 years’ experience in a Supervisory /
    Managerial role and knowledge of the long-Distance Transport industry.
  • A Relevant tertiary qualification in the logistic field will be an added advantage.

    requirements.

  • Management of Drive-Cam as well as Tracking reports.

SEMI-SKILLED ARTISAN (TRAILER MECHANIC)

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
The successful candidate must have Grade 12, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant diesel technical
experience. Must be a good communicator (verbal & written), with knowledge of the Health & Safety
requirements. The person must have the ability to function independently and in a team. The person
must have experience in maintenance on truck trailers and must have experience in welding. Must be
prepared to work after hours and weekends. Must be able to work under pressure. Valid Code 14
driver’s license.

  • Insurance Management: Ensure adequate insurance coverage for all assets, reviewing and
    updating policies as necessary to maintain competitive and comprehensive coverage.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the
    operations team and insurance companies, acting as a liaison between them.
  • Claims Administration: Oversee the full claims process, ensuring timely and successful completion
    of all claims, and managing documentation and communication with insurers and third parties.
  • Claims Handling: Handle third-party and production claims efficiently, ensuring that losses are
    recouped, analysing and comparing quotations for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on insurance, claims, and progress of
    third-party recoveries, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Recovery Management: Ensure proper claiming and legal process for third-party recoveries and
    manage the collection process for smaller claims and the legal team for larger claims.

Administrator: IT

We’re seeking a Junior to Mid-Level IT Technician to support and maintain our on-site and remote
environments across multiple branches.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 with a relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or Diploma in IT).
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support role within a corporate or logistics
    environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users (hardware, software,

    creation, group policies, etc.).
