to shaft winders and plant equipment, ensuring safe,

strategic asset care, contractor management, and

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Demonstrated proficiency in the operation,
maintenance, and fault diagnosis of shaft winder
systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, and control
components.
Strong understanding of MHSA regulations and
statutory responsibilities, with experience in managing
legal appointments such as 2.13.3.1 or 2.13.1.
Skilled in developing and executing preventative and
predictive maintenance strategies using CMMS
platforms to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
