Purpose of the Role
Our client, a reputable organisation in the public sector, is seeking an experienced Analyst: Human Capital Information Systems to join their Human Capital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the optimisation of Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in people management data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse people management data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain organisational structures and position management in SAP.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Support functional teams with HCIS processes, enhancements, and user training.
- Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Perform system testing, including user acceptance and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources Management (or related qualification).
- SAP HCM Certification (Essential).
- Experience in People Management (HRIS) Reporting (Essential).
- 4 years’ experience in a Human Capital Information Systems environment, with at least 1 year specialising in data management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Power BI will be an advantage.
- ITIL or Power BI Certification will be advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent report writing and data interpretation skills.
- Sound planning, organisation, and coordination abilities.
- Ethical, client service-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
