DEBTORS CLERK (Accounts Receivable)

Overview

We are seeking a Debtors Controller with 3–4 years’ experience in a full-function debtors’ role.

Responsibilities include receipts capturing, daily reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, collections, processing credits and debit notes, managing customer limits, month-end statements, and handling audits.

The role requires strong customer liaison, working with CGIC on credit facilities, and invoice discounting (non-negotiable). Strong Excel skills are essential, and an accounting diploma is advantageous.

This dynamic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance administrative support with effective communication and coordination tasks.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and logistical support, manage diaries and correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and assist with general office functions. Exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management

MARKETING MANAGER (B2B and B2C)

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join their Demand Creation team, based in-office in New Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing multiple key FMCG accounts through a data-driven, analytical approach while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves developing and negotiating trading arrangements, managing promotional grids and pricing structures, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
